Firstly, many feel young managers or heads of organizations exhibit significantly more zeal and enthusiasm than older people. Mostly, they are raring to go and achieve. Many highly educated youngsters are believed to have the caliber to lead prominent organizations. Such people are ready to learn and mold themselves to fit any requirements. These people are generally tech savvy too. These qualities can help them take organizations to higher levels.

However, it has been observed that sometimes experience and wisdom are more vital than high energy. The Head of an organization has to reach some high stake decisions which may prove decisive for the growth or fall of that organization. The flair to arrive at the right choice usually comes from experiences one acquired in the past. Also, old age does not always mean low energy level or lack of technical skills.
