Some individuals resist significant modifications in their life. On the other hand, others favour occasional changes if they are beneficial. This essay aims at discussing both the sides of arguments and coming to a conclusion.
Some people are comfortable repeating what is tried and tested. They probably believe they are safe if they do not alter something big in their lives and prefer staying in their comfort zone. Such people resist moving to new places or switching careers. Such people are followers and generally do not build ay thing new or big in their lives. However, they generally live a peaceful and ordered life as they do not take risks in life.
Some others are comfortable with changes. Such people are open to new experiences, and they understand that to create something big and impactful they must welcome changes and might have to take a few risks. These people are leaders and become responsible for the chief inventions and setting up giant organizations. Nevertheless, if someone takes mindless risks and continues to change jobs or places they may invite a lot of trouble for himself or his family.
To sum up, I believe that change is inevitable, and one must be ready to embrace change if it is beneficial for them, their offspring, and their community. However, changes must be executed after due thought and planning else one may suffer financial, health-related, or other losses in life. Sometimes, it may be impossible for a person to return from that situation.
