I assert a company’s success depends on its squad and the higher management; however, the vision, guidance, and direction of a leader decide if a company can grow and become more profitable. In an organization, day-to-day activities are carried out by its employees. How efficiently and accurately the employees collectively work at an organization decides if an organization can achieve its objectives or not. Moreover, the mutual synergy among employees in various departments: involved in the marketing, technical aspects, and handling of human resources ensures that an organization can proceed with a focused approach toward its goals.

However, a leader decides the vision and direction. A leader can make people work or motivate them to perform more than expected. A true leader can help people recognize their potential and perform at their fullest potential. In the absence of the able direction of an able administrator best of the teams fail to perform well. For example, when the renowned entrepreneur, Mr. Steve Jobs, was fired from Apple Computers, the company lost its direction and faced multiple setbacks. I acknowledge that leaders can set the direction and propel their team in the requisite direction. It is rightly said, “I am not afraid of an army of lions led by a sheep; I am afraid of an army of sheep led by a lion”. A competent leader can build a team of talented workers that can work together under their leader’sguidance to accomplish their goals.
