Some people believe in 100 years, our lives will be much easier, others are uncertain about this. What is your opinion?

No doubt, technology and science have been making our lives easier, and it is natural for many of us to believe that life would be far simpler a century ahead. My opinion, in this regard, is that it is highly unpredictable, and life may be more comfortable or difficult depending on several factors. I will analyze this in the following paragraphs.

Life can be more comfortable with the advent of artificial intelligence and machine learning. More advancements in communication technology, medical science, the field of education, faster mode of transportation, and space exploration are going to make many systems far more efficient than now. It is beyond imagination what can be accomplished in the next 100 years. There may be changes in structures and systems of organizations to make life better for everyone.

However, advancements may have negative impacts on lives. Science and technology can help countries manufacture more advanced arms and bombs. These can create more tension among nations. If in case a war strikes, there may be immense destruction. Besides these, once people get more facilities, they tend to become lethargic, materialistic, and self-centered. These factors can make humans unhealthy not physically but emotionally and spiritually.

To sum up though it is tough to gauge what could happen after 100 years since it is such a long time. Whether the changes will mainly be positive or negative, the world is going to turn 360 degrees.
