In today’s digital age, anyone with a smartphone can capture and share photographs. This accessibility to photography diminishes the value of professional photographers. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Clicking and circulating photographs has become effortless, as today, almost everyone has a smartphone. It is believed that this development declines the importance of professional photographers. I do not concur with this point of view, for I believe professional photography is still as popular as before, as people still regularly seek the services of professional photographers.

Professional photographers have been sought by people to capture special moments during celebrations. Their services have been in demand for personal and professional celebrations and landmark events. Even though these days, most people have smartphones, which they use for clicking photos, they have not proved to be a fitting substitute for expert professional assistance due to the fineness introduced to the photographs by professionals.

Photography is an intricate and elaborate job. Most can not click as good photographs as an expert and professional photographer. The photographs clicked on special occasions remind people of their good times. Therefore, since people want lifelong beautiful memories in the form of pictures, they still seek professional services.

Furthermore, when people attend personal and professional functions with their friends, family members or colleagues, they do not want the hassle of clicking photographs. Thus, outsourcing the services allows them to enjoy memorable moments with their near and dear ones and be more present in the moment. Not only this, but the effort of segregating, storing and developing photographs can be demanding, and most people still prefer the services offered by professional photographers.

Therefore, people use their phones to click day-to-day photographs, but they solicit professionals to click snapshots of select merriments as would happen before the smartphone era.
