Children need to take lessons outside the classroom, by visiting places such as local companies or public buildings. Do you agree or disagree?

It has been believed that the education system is insufficient without practical exposure and training. Thus, visits to understand the functioning of local organizations and local facilities. I completely agree with this statement. The following paragraphs

First, theoretical studies and classroom coaching is necessary; however, it has been seen that it does not prepare a person to face the real world. It has also been seen that some youngsters go through anxiety and are often perplexed when they realize that the real world is drastically different from what they had been seeing and perceiving all their childhood and feel a sense of cluelessness. It takes some freshers some time before they gain the belief to face the world.

Moreover, employers face challenges when they look for people for hiring. It has been a common complaint by organizations that they do not find a suitable pool of employable and skilled people, specifically when they recruit freshers. Consequently, a need for practical training and exposure for school-going children has been felt by various sections of society, though no significant action has been taken in this direction.

I believe schools must take young learners to local organizations to understand the workings of the various departments. Local organizations must also welcome students and be willing to explain to them some procedures on a high level. Students must visit buildings and structures around them and understand them; this can help them gain an understanding of the world around them.

Finally, a curriculum should not be limited to classroom studies, for learning is incomplete without what one can learn outside a classroom.
